The provider is Happy Cleaners. This policy explains what we collect when you book with Happy Cleaners. What we collect: your name, email, phone, the address where the work is done, what you asked for and the photos you sent with the request, and technical data such as your IP address and browser. Why: to plan the visit, send you reminders and invoices, and answer your questions. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Advertising: if we advertise on Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok, our pages may tell those services about visits and bookings, with your email and phone hashed, so we can measure our ads. We do not sell your data. Who else sees it: Stripe (payment) and Trinity Expert, the platform this site runs on. To see, correct or delete your data, write to info@happy-cleaners.com.
